Les Webber - Executive Chairman
Les is one of the founder members of ISS Group of Companies. He is a pioneer in Contract Catering and Remote Site Management. Les has 26 years experience in the Hospitality Industry and founded successful Catering Companies, Compass and Royal Food Services.
Sathianandan (Anand) Pillay - Deputy Chairman
Anand is one of the co-founders of ISS Group of Companies. He is responsible for the total ISS group and has over 22 years experience in Hotel and Industrial Catering.
Henlo Webber- Chief Operating Officer
Henlo is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Group and for Operations Management. Henlo has a vast knowledge of all technical aspects of our business, ranging from Construction to Catering Operations.
Brenda Swanepoel- Group Operations Director
Brenda has been involved on a senior management level in the service industry for the past 14 years. Prior to working in the cleaning industry, she worked in the industrial and institutional catering industry for 9 years. Brenda has always been involved in the operational aspect of the service industry.
Colin Podmore- Executive Director
Colin has 20 years experience in Resale and Commodities trading. His current portfolio includes on site Resale and Bar Operations at the Remote Sites which we service.
Christopher Wynne-Potts- Sales and Marketing Director
Chris has over 25 years of international trade experience and was General Manager for a Hong Kong listed trading Company, Linmark International. Chris heads up the Group’s Sales team throughout Africa.
